Saksham Bharat Award–2026 Ceremony & Women Livelihood Workshop Held in Lucknow

Lucknow, 11 January:

The Let’s Give Hope Foundation successfully organized an inspirational workshop on livelihood development for women at Sant Gadge Ji Maharaj Auditorium, Gomti Nagar. The event witnessed the felicitation of 35 talented women and distinguished professionals with the prestigious Saksham Bharat Award–2026 for their outstanding contributions in diverse fields.

The workshop focused on empowering women through skill development, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance. Experts Toshani, Manjari Jaiswal, Ritu Pandey, Shubhangi Maurya, and Anita Sharma shared valuable insights on transforming professional skills into sustainable livelihood opportunities, especially through home-based ventures.

Eminent Women Achievers Honored

Prominent women achievers honored at the event included educationist Manju Sinha, renowned eye specialist Prof. Dr. Pooja Kanodia, Kathak dancers Isha–Meesha Ratan (Ratan Sisters), singer and lyricist Sanjoli Pandey (Ayodhya), gynecologist Prof. Dr. Ekta Chaudhary, Dr. Asha Singh of Sewa Niketan Ashram Trust, entrepreneur Archana Mishra, public speaking expert Kavita Chaubey, company secretary and artisan Preeti Sharma, and educators Dr. Afia Bano, Sarita Gautam, Sanjnya Sharma, and Rizwana Parveen.

Social workers Poonam Kumari and Anjali Srivastava, along with self-defense trainer Diksha Saini, were also recognized for their impactful work.

Other award recipients included Preeti Kashyap, Vanshita Rawat, Anita Saroj, Shivani Prajapati, Simran Yadav, Shalini Kashyap, Priyanka Pal, Akanksha Tiwari, Anisha Bisht, Pragya Sahu, Shabana, Manya Singh, Nagendra, Vasan Giri, Himanshu Singh, and Ajay.

Distinguished professionals such as Dr. Gaurav Mishra (KGMU), Senior Eye Consultant Ashish Srivastava, Entrepreneurs Vishal Singh and Prashant Rai, Assistant Professor Kunal Dixit, State Law Officer Shiv Prasad Kushwaha (High Court), Social Audit Committee Member Kundan Saini, and Storyteller Jitesh Srivastava were also felicitated.

Cultural Opening & Vision for the Future

The program commenced with a graceful Ganesh Vandana dance performance by Mansi Sharma and Priyanshi, setting a spiritual and cultural tone for the ceremony.

Addressing the gathering, Ashish Maurya, Founder & President of Let’s Give Hope Foundation, emphasized the organization’s vision to establish Saksham Skill Centers across Uttar Pradesh. These centers aim to provide skill-based education and vocational training to women and youth from middle and lower-income backgrounds, enabling economic independence.

The expert panel included Toshani (Zardozi & Chikankari Specialist), Manjari Jaiswal (Makeup Artist), Ritu Pandey (Graphic & Video Editor), Shubhangi Maurya (Photographer), and Anita Sharma (Innovative Chef). They shared real-life experiences, business strategies, and practical guidance on identifying skills, branding services, and scaling small ventures.

The session concluded with an enthusiastic interaction where participants asked questions, shared experiences, and expressed motivation to pursue independent livelihood paths.
